General Accountant

Full-Time

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated General Accountant to join our Finance Department. This role will work closely with the Controller and report directly to the Director of Accounting & Finance. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in general accounting and experience in project-based or construction-related accounting practices such as AIA billing, prevailing wage, and job cost tracking. Familiarity with the ADP Total Source platform and QuickBooks Online Enterprise Suite is highly valued.

Responsibilities include processing weekly payroll for over 50 employees, managing accounts receivable and payable, preparing state sales tax filings, and supporting month-end close and reconciliations. The General Accountant will also collaborate with leadership and external partners to improve accounting processes and support the company’s continued growth. Driver

Part-Time

Safe operation of up to 24’ box trucks (non-CDL), for equipment delivery for production, rentals, and systems. This a part time call in as needed job. General work hours: M-F 9am–5:30pm. Nights & weekends often required. Must be age 21+ with high school diploma, GED. At least one year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education & experience required. Must pass a Department of Transportation physical, background check, & have a clean driving record. Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
