To nominate an organization for Illuminating Impact, please fill out the form below. We encourage you to share your experiences with the organization and explain why they would be a great fit for our Illuminating Impact initiative.

Each month, PORT Lighting will select a number of organizations from the pool of nominees to be eligible for voting. Nominees will be chosen based on various factors, with the final decision made by the PORT Lighting Leadership team.
