About This Month's Illuminating Impact Nominees:
Granite VNA
Granite VNA is a nonprofit providing home health, hospice, and wellness services across central New Hampshire. It helps people of all ages maintain dignity and independence through compassionate, high-quality care.
Serving over 70 communities, Granite VNA supports patients through recovery, chronic illness, maternal and child health, and end-of-life care. As a community-based nonprofit, it reinvests in programs that expand access and improve well-being, helping thousands live safely at home regardless of ability to pay.

Harbor Care
Harbor Care is a nonprofit that provides housing, healthcare, and supportive services to help individuals and families achieve stability and independence across New Hampshire.
Focusing on people facing homelessness, substance use, and healthcare barriers, Harbor Care offers integrated programs including supportive housing, primary and behavioral care, and veteran services helping thousands each year improve their health, secure stable housing, and build self-sufficiency.

Each month, PORT Lighting will select a number of organizations from the pool of nominees to be eligible for voting. Nominees will be chosen based on various factors, with the final decision made by the PORT Lighting Leadership team.
